FAQs
When is the RSVP due?
RSVPs for all weekend events, transportation, and food selection are due by July 27, 2025. Please visit the RSVP page to make your selections and submit.
Do I have to attend all events?
Nope! We simply ask that you respond on the RSVP page which events you plan on attending.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t accommodate for everyone to have a plus one. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
When does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm.
Hotel shuttles will depart at 4:00 pm
What is the dress code?
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
What is the weather like in Boulder in late September?
The weather is usually beautiful this time of year! The days are often in the 70/80’s, but once the sun sets, it can quickly cool off, so be prepared for a temperature drop.
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Both! The wedding ceremony will take place outside. The dinner will be in a tented area, and the party will be indoors. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside.
Given that it's an adults-only wedding ceremony and reception, what will be available for the kids?
There will be fun activities for the kids at the wedding venue if you haven’t made other arrangements. Once we know which kids will be attending, we’ll reach out to parents with more details.
Can I rent my own car?
Yes, you can! However, please note that your hotel may charge for overnight parking. We will also have shuttles running to and from the wedding, departing from the Marriott. Check out our TRAVEL page for more details on transportation.
