LODGING
BOOK EARLY!
We were able to successfully block some rooms at Boulder Marriott and Residence Inn Boulder! These two hotels are very close together, sharing a parking lot. The Boulder Marriott will be Basecamp for the wedding weekend! The wedding party will be staying here. The Residence Inn is really geared towards families, as it includes breakfast and the rooms have more space, accommodating up to 5 people. If you do reserve a room you have until 48 hours prior to your reservation to cancel. If you choose to come in early or stay later, they have guaranteed the room rates that we have negotiated for the extra days. The reservation links are listed below under the pictures
The Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street is also accepting reservations for the weekend. This location is about a 5 minute drive from the Boulder Marriott, so it is another good option. However, they would not block rooms.
We encourage you to book as soon as possible.
There are also a variety of Airbnbs, VRBOs, and other hotels nearby. However, transportation will only be provided from the Marriott and Residence Inn.

FLIGHTS & SHUTTLES
We will have shuttles running from the three hotels listed above to and from the welcome dinner on Friday as well as the wedding on Saturday. We recommend staying at one of the hotel blocks for ease of travel.

If you are choosing to fly, the easiest option is to fly into Denver International Airport.
Transport to/from Denver Airport to Boulder
You will need to provide your own transportation to/from the airport. There are many ways to get from Denver Airport to Boulder. You can rent a car, join a Shared DIA shuttle, hire a private door-to-door car service, or an RTD bus. The trip from Den Airport to Boulder is about 45 minutes to one hour, depending on traffic and weather situations.
We highly recommend making a reservation for one of the shuttles or car services if you are not renting a car.

Early Arrival – Friday, September 27th
If you arrive early on Friday and your hotel or Airbnb isn’t ready yet, feel free to stop by the Boulder Marriott. We’ll have the Sanitas Room available for all of our guests to relax or store their bags. The space includes an outdoor deck with views of the Flatirons, as well as a comfortable indoor area to unwind.
